The numbers of engagements have increased for each person and amongst all this chatter and noise, are you in touch with yourself and your health.

Wikipedia the online encyclopedia describes Health as:

“Health is the level of functional and metabolic efficiency of a living organism. In humans, it is the ability of individuals or communities to adapt and self-manage when facing physical, mental, psychological and social changes with environment.”

So dear, do you consider yourself healthy? Are you able to cope and manage yourself in the case when you are facing physical, mental, psychological and social environmental changes?

According to Global Burden of Diseases study, India is ranked at 154th position and we are ranked poorly in terms of accessibility to health services. Also, India has performed poorly in tackling and dealing with cases of tuberculosis, diabetes, chronic kidney diseases and rheumatic heart diseases.

Nonetheless, it is quite strange to know that in a country where the fundamental discipline related to health, medicine, a way of living- Ayurveda was born, exist such strong disparities and problems associated with the Health sector.

The New National Medical Commission Bill has been in debate over the past few days and thousands of Doctors are on a strike. While being aware of such challenges which our country is facing in the Health Sector. What can you as an individual say about your personal health and healthy living?

Healthy Living is about making healthy choices every single day. These are the choices which will affect our physical, mental and spiritual well-being. One way to ensure yourself that you are making healthy choices is by practising a Dincharya- a healthy routine.

First of all, a healthy choice that you need to make to adopt a healthy routine is to synchronize your day with the universe, to rise with the sun and go to bed early. Changing and adapting to a single habit can bring about a lot of changes in your lifestyle and also, in how you feel about yourself.

Personally, for me, one very healthy habits and the choice is to plan my days in a manner that they are in natural symphony with the universe. Yes, I will be honest. It is not every day and every month that I am able to practice this routine.

And, lately what I've learnt is that it is okay. It is alright if you are not able to practice your favorite healthy habit all the time. I believe it’s more important to keep trying.

Keep trying and keep doing, and naturally, your rhythm will match with the universe. Now, why do I think it is healthy to wake up early with the sun and go to bed early?

Personally, with the experience, I have realized that waking up early helps a lot and Ayurveda also confirms so.

Here are few benefits of waking up early that we, at Amrutam, have realized:

  1. Helps in Becoming more active and flexible
  • Vata Dosha is the body and mind manager and in the morning it is very active.
An active Vata helps in stimulating all our body organs in the morning and also stimulates our mind.

Release of Immunity Hormone

Early in the morning is a good time when our hormones are released, especially cortisol.
Cortisol hormone manages the immune response of our body and henceforth, your body is stimulated for physical exercise and mental activity as well.

Early Morning Positivity

  • B   BrahmMuhurta is a concept in Ayurveda, a time measurement concept.
According to Ayurveda, each Muhurta is divided into 48 minutes and Brahm Muhurta is the last Muhurta of the night. The last 48 minutes of the night are the best time to wake up, most noteworthy, as this time is Satwik in nature. Satwik means energetic, strong, clean and vital.

Lose the Toxins

According to Ayurveda, in conclusion, morning time is the best time to lose the Ama`s (Toxins) which are present in your body. One way to remove the Ama (Toxins) from our bodies is by drinking warm water with a little bit of lemon juice squeezed in.

Amrutam Face Clean Up Reviews

Currently on my second bottle and happy with how this product has kept acne & breakouts in check. It doesn't leave the skin too dry and also doubles as a face mask.

Juhi Bhatt

Amrutam face clean up works great on any skin type, it has helped me keep my skin inflammation in check, helps with acne and clear the open pores. Continuous usage has helped lighten the pigmentation and scars as well. I have recommended the face clean up to many people and they have all loved it!!

Sakshi Dobhal

This really changed the game of how to maintain skin soft supple and glowing! I’m using it since few weeks and see hell lot of difference in the skin I had before and now. I don’t need any makeup or foundation to cover my skin imperfections since now they are slowly fading away after I started using this! I would say this product doesn’t need any kind of review because it’s above par than expected. It’s a blind buy honestly . I’m looking forward to buy more products and repeat this regularly henceforth.
