Genetics define your skin and everyone has a different skin type. The appearance of one's skin reflects the overall health of the body.

Do you know the types of skin?

There are four types of skin – Normal, Dry, Oily & Combination.

Which one is yours?

Knowing our skin is important.

Let us understand the meaning of each skin type, that shall help you identify your skin type!

Normal Skin – It is widely referred to as balanced skin, not too dry & not too oily. It has a radiant complexion, no severe sensitivity & barely visible pores.

Dry Skin – It describes the skin that produces less sebum than normal skin, and so, it lacks the required lipids to retain moisture. Dry skin feels tight, rough and looks dull. It can get itchy, irritated or can crack/peel.

Oily Skin – A skin type that produces an excess of sebum. The skin has visible pores, blackheads, acne or blemishes, and a glossy shine, thick complexion.

Combination Skin – It is what the name suggests. A blend of all skin types distributed in areas, that is skin type varies in ‘T zone’ (nose, forehead & chin) & cheeks in combination skin.

There are a few essential skin care basics that one must follow irrespective of the skin type.

  • Wash your skin gently every day, remove make-up before going to bed.
  • Stay hydrated and moisturize well.
  • Avoid direct sunlight, apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen that blocks both UVA & UVB rays.

Currently on my second bottle and happy with how this product has kept acne & breakouts in check. It doesn't leave the skin too dry and also doubles as a face mask.

Amrutam face clean up works great on any skin type, it has helped me keep my skin inflammation in check, helps with acne and clear the open pores. Continuous usage has helped lighten the pigmentation and scars as well. I have recommended the face clean up to many people and they have all loved it!!

Sakshi Dobhal

This really changed the game of how to maintain skin soft supple and glowing! I’m using it since few weeks and see hell lot of difference in the skin I had before and now. I don’t need any makeup or foundation to cover my skin imperfections since now they are slowly fading away after I started using this! I would say this product doesn’t need any kind of review because it’s above par than expected. It’s a blind buy honestly . I’m looking forward to buy more products and repeat this regularly henceforth.
