We at Amrutam understand that you would like to receive your products in a timely fashion and in top condition. So, we use our large network of couriers to bring you the best as soon as possible.

  • All orders are processed immediately and packed with love.
  • We will ship out your order within 24 hours of processing.
  • Our courier partners will deliver your products within an estimated 5-7 working days.

If you have received a wrong/damaged product

Receiving a wrong or damaged product can occasionally happen due to factors beyond our control. These may include:

  • Human Error: Mistakes during packaging or labelling can sometimes lead to the wrong product being dispatched.
  • Transit Issues: Products can sustain damage during shipping due to rough handling or unexpected transit conditions.
  • Stock Mismanagement: Rare discrepancies in inventory may result in an incorrect product being picked.
  • While we strive to uphold the highest standards of quality and accuracy, such instances occur in less than 2% of cases When they occur, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly to ensure your satisfaction.

    If you receive a wrong or damaged product or if an item is missing from your order, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly.

    Guidelines for Exchanges and Returns

    At Amrutam, we prioritize your satisfaction and aim to resolve any issues promptly. Inspect your package within 2 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns, cancellations, or exchange requests after this period.

    Please review the following guidelines for exchanges:

    1. Wrong Product Received
      • Exchanges will only be accepted if the product is returned unused, unopened, intact, and in saleable condition.
      • An unboxing video is mandatory to process your request.
      • Timeline: If it is informed to us within 2 days of delivery.
    1. Damaged Product
      • Retain the damaged item and provide clear images of the damage before disposing of the product.
      • An unboxing video is mandatory to process your request.
      • Timeline: If it is informed to us within 2 days of delivery.

     

    1. Missing Product
      • Inform us within 2 days of delivery if any item is missing from your order.
      • An unboxing video is mandatory to process your request.

     In any of the cases, you can reach out to us on any of our customer support channels(Instagram DM, Whatsapp, Email, Call) within 2 days of delivery for any of the above cases. Once we receive your request, our customer care team will contact you promptly with detailed instructions for the exchange process.

    Please Note:

  • Refunds will be not initiated under any of the cases once the goods are sold.

    Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

    We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your order. Our goal is to make this process as straightforward as possible. Please review the following guidelines for cancellations and refunds:

  • Cancellation Timeframe
    To cancel your order, please submit your request within 24 hours of placing it or before the shipment label is generated. Once the shipment label is created, the cancellation window depends on our courier partner's cut-off timing. If the shipment is picked up by the courier, cancellations will no longer be possible. We recommend acting promptly as label generation and pickup processes are automated and may proceed quickly after order confirmation.

    • Prepaid Orders are processed instantaneously by our logistics partners and we do not have the option to cancel these. 
    • We do not accept returns/cancellations once an order has been delivered.

     

    Refund Policy for Prepaid Orders

    1. If Delivery is Unsuccessful Due to Courier Issues
      In cases where our courier partner is unable to deliver your order due to unforeseen circumstances, we will prioritize reshipping your order at the earliest. While we do not offer refunds in these cases, if you still prefer to cancel the order, we can provide a coupon code equal to the order amount, which can be used at your convenience. 
    2. If the Order is Dispatched and In Transit and if the consignee refuses to accept the order:
      Once an order has been dispatched and is in transit, we are unable to provide a full refund as significant effort and resources are involved in processing and shipping the order. However, if cancellation is unavoidable, a deduction for the shipping charges(INR 300/-) will be applied to cover the associated costs.

    We appreciate your understanding and value the time and resources invested in each order. Thank you for your cooperation.

    1. Refund Process
      For payments made via credit/debit card or net banking, the refund process will be initiated within 5 to 7 business days after confirmation from our payment gateway or bank. The funds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.
    2. Refund Timeline
      After we process the refund, please allow an additional 5 to 10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s timeline. If applicable, we will provide you with a Refund ID or Transaction ID. For any delays, you may reach out to your issuing bank for further assistance.


    www.amrutam.co.in  reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.
