Amrutam Olive Oil do-it-yourself mask

Olive oil is also popularly known as liquid gold. Olive oil`s scientific name is Olea europaea and in Hindi, it is known as Jaitun ka tel.

Olive oil has a good proportion of Vitamin E which makes it a wonderful antioxidant and is capable to protect your skin from the harsh cold weather. Olive oil is beneficial for all skin types.

Amrutam Ingredients required for an Amrutam Olive Oil do-it-yourself mask:

  • 2 Teaspoons of Jaitun Oil
  • 2 Teaspoons of Honey
  • 1/3 Cup of Yogurt

Honey is an antibacterial and therefore, it is great to prevent acne and also, like Olive oil it is filled with antioxidants which slow down aging effects on your skin and protect it from harsh cold winters.

Calcium and zinc present in yogurt, help the skin to keep its glow and stay healthy even during cold and harsh winters

How to make Amrutam Olive Oil do-it-yourself mask:

  • Warm honey a little bit.
  • Mix the honey, yogurt and olive oil using a whisk

How to apply Amrutam Olive Oil do-it-yourself mask:

  • Apply a thin layer of the Amrutam Olive Oil do-it-yourself mask, use a brush if convenient.
