The word Ubtan literally translates to relief, however, the Amrutam Ubtan formula works not just to provide relief from skin ailments but also towards beautification of skin.

We at Amrutam believe that outer beauty can be reached through inner beauty and the pathway to our inner beauty is through health. Ubtan is a herbal formula which ensures both inner and outer beauty because of the magical properties of its ingredients.

The Key Ingredients of Amrutam Herbal Ubtan are Haldi (Turmeric), Chandan, Manjistha and Khadir.

The story of Ubtan goes back to thousands of years, to various empires and kingdoms. Ubtan is a homemade formula for the protection and the beautification of the skin.
Ubtan has been used throughout centuries, not just in India but all over the world. As mentioned in one of our earlier articles, Ubtan has been traditionally used in India during various rituals like Kappumunjal and Battne Di Rasm.
During the Big-Fat- Indian Weddings as well, the Haldi ki Rasam is a ceremony which involves the Ubtan as it is applied to the bride and groom before the day of the wedding. There are numerous reasons why the ceremony of Ubtan is performed during the weddings. In the west, Ubtan in the form of face masks has been popular as well throughout centuries.

Yang Guifei, one of the four beauties of the Tang Dynasty of China made it a trend to apply Ubtan which was made of lotus roots and ginger. The idea of applying became so popular that women of the court of the Tang kingdom also started applying it.

Not just in China, Ubtan has been famous in Egypt and Rome as well. Cleopatra, the Queen of Egypt used to apply Ubtan made of Dead Sea mud two times in a week to keep her skin young and nourish it. Ubtan has been very famous in Rome as well, where face masks made with honey and other herbal ingredients were applied.

Amrutam Face Clean Up Reviews

Currently on my second bottle and happy with how this product has kept acne & breakouts in check. It doesn't leave the skin too dry and also doubles as a face mask.

Amrutam face clean up works great on any skin type, it has helped me keep my skin inflammation in check, helps with acne and clear the open pores. Continuous usage has helped lighten the pigmentation and scars as well. I have recommended the face clean up to many people and they have all loved it!!

This really changed the game of how to maintain skin soft supple and glowing! I’m using it since few weeks and see hell lot of difference in the skin I had before and now. I don’t need any makeup or foundation to cover my skin imperfections since now they are slowly fading away after I started using this! I would say this product doesn’t need any kind of review because it’s above par than expected. It’s a blind buy honestly . I’m looking forward to buy more products and repeat this regularly henceforth.
