Amrutam Sadasya was started with just one purpose - sharing stories. Stories of success, failure, belief, faith, and hope. We wanted to create a safe space for our Amrutam Family to come and share their oh-so-personal journeys. One's health is a very intimate topic, and when it comes to talking about it with one person and then naturally sharing it with the world, it may seem like a scary notion to many.
We reached out to many of you, Sadasyas of our family. After a long time, we got to interview Neeta. Her journey is not one of a very old customer buying from us for years.
She saw us on Shark Tank, and her one takeaway was our hero product - Nari Sondarya Malt.
People say, "You see what you want to see," and that's what happened. This is the story of Neeta Patel, a 40-year-old Mumbai Girl.
Her PCOS Diagnosis
But let's go back a few years. Neeta has been a PCOS warrior since her 20s. She wasn't new to this whole hormonal imbalance, painful period story.
Like any other woman, she went to her gynaecologist and was prescribed those 21-day hormonal pills. As the name suggests, they throw your hormones out of whack, and the only purpose they achieve is to get the blood dripping. That's what western medicine does, right? Fast forward to her seeing us on Shark Tank and then discovering us on Instagram. She saw how passionate we were about Nari Sondarya Malt.
