#1 Divya Kumar (@divyak_yoga)
Recipient of the “health and fitness blogger of the year 2021” award, Divya Kumar is a fervent yogi who perceives this spiritual discipline to be much more than a series of asanas. To her, yoga is the expression of emotions through the body. It is a practice of being self-aware and appreciative of your body. Her charismatic personality, ability to connect deeply with herself and fondness for yoga has inspired thousands of students on their journey of self-healing.
Modern life patterns affect our health in different ways, viz., physically, psychologically, and socially. There is a need for increasing people’s awareness about the effects of modern life to control the effects of its patterns of life. Promoting a healthy lifestyle includes proper eating, physical activity, and a better way of communicating and socializing in the community. All of these have positive impacts, which we can easily get by practicing yoga. All I can think of is this quote: “Yoga happens beyond the mat; Anything you do with attention to how you feel is doing yoga.”

#2 Greesha Dhingra (@gree_yogabhyasi)
Greesha is a devoted Ashtanga practitioner. She believes that yoga can change a person’s life and make it simpler when implemented in the right way. In her case, yoga has helped her to become more patient, live more mindfully, control her stress levels, learn how to respond to situations instead of reacting to them, and be thankful for the little things in life, even if they are the struggles she has faced.
“We are here for a bigger cause and the divine has chosen all of us." Be thoughtful of your actions and have the intention of genuinely helping people through these practices. And the divine will take care of you. Always research what you teach to your students. Explain to them why they should do this. Inculcate the importance of these practices in the right way. Even the content you create for social media ensures that it is intended for the betterment of people and not just a tool to gain followers. "Hari Aum Tat Sat”

As a Yoga instructor, Pooja’s life is full of adventures and unanticipated learnings. “When people come and tell me how their lives have changed due to yoga practice, it brings me immense joy,” adds Pooja. She finds inexplicable satisfaction in helping people lead a better life and takes a lot of pride in contributing to their betterment in whatever way possible. Her biggest achievement in life has been to teach over 500 students the practice of Yoga in the last few years.
“Do it for yourself. Do it because you want to see the change in yourself and not to prove a point. Also, when we sow a seed, it takes its own time to grow. We must nurture it and be patient for flowers to bloom. The same is true for these practices. Be patient and consistent and you will surely see the changes.”

Although Naina has always felt a deep inclination towards health and wellness, she discovered her calling and immeasurable love for yoga only a year and a half ago. “I started for very superficial reasons." I wanted to achieve splits and similar poses. But once I began the process, I realized how alive and rejuvenated I felt doing the yoga flows. "My mind and body felt more in sync and gradually yoga became the one thing I wanted to do upon waking up,” she says, reminiscing the start of her yoga journey.
“Respect is paramount. Be it for yourself, for the environment, or for other creatures. There is no reason for us to assume that other beings or nature are at our disposal to exploit. Our natural instinct isn’t to hurt ourselves so why should we exploit or hurt others? Here is when viewing the world as an extension of yourself comes into play. It will bring us more harmony, peace, and synergy and will help us understand ourselves and the world so much better. My message to all the readers would be to please respect yourself and mother nature because once you do that, a lot of things will make sense to you.”

Amrutam Face Clean Up Reviews
Currently on my second bottle and happy with how this product has kept acne & breakouts in check. It doesn't leave the skin too dry and also doubles as a face mask.
Amrutam face clean up works great on any skin type, it has helped me keep my skin inflammation in check, helps with acne and clear the open pores. Continuous usage has helped lighten the pigmentation and scars as well. I have recommended the face clean up to many people and they have all loved it!!
This really changed the game of how to maintain skin soft supple and glowing! I’m using it since few weeks and see hell lot of difference in the skin I had before and now. I don’t need any makeup or foundation to cover my skin imperfections since now they are slowly fading away after I started using this! I would say this product doesn’t need any kind of review because it’s above par than expected. It’s a blind buy honestly . I’m looking forward to buy more products and repeat this regularly henceforth.
