Looking for something quick that takes almost no time to prepare? This Caramelized Banana Chia Bowl brings together creamy curd, naturally caramelized sweet banana, crunchy nuts and seeds, and a warm touch of cinnamon for a wholesome and satisfying bowl.

▪️1 ripe banana, sliced and caramelised in ghee
▪️½ cup curd or Greek yogurt
▪️1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
▪️1 tsp pumpkin seeds
▪️1 tsp chia seeds
▪️2–3 walnuts, roughly chopped
▪️¼ tsp cinnamon powder

Add curd or Greek yogurt to a bowl and whisk lightly until smooth. Add 1 tsp chia seeds and set aside for a thicker consistency.

Slice 1 ripe banana, add a little ghee to a pan and caramelize the banana slices from both sides. Place the banana slices on the yogurt.

Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds and chopped walnuts over the banana.

Dust with cinnamon powder and gently mix or leave layered, depending on your preference.
