A cooling Kokum drink that helps with digestion, acidity, bloating, and summer heat naturally.
If you’ve been looking for a summer drink, this Ayurvedic kokum coconut drink is one of the best summer recipes for digestion, acidity relief, and body cooling.
Summer naturally increases Pitta Dosha. This can lead to excess body heat, acidity, indigestion, bloating, irritability, dehydration and fatigue.
Made with kokum and fresh coconut milk, Solkadhi is light, cooling, digestive, and incredibly comforting after meals. Coconut and kokum are both known for their cooling nature and help calm aggravated Pitta.
