How to Make Healthy Gulkand Ice Cream at Home

Ingredients

 

▪️1 cup thick coconut milk (or fresh malai/full-fat milk cream)

▪️½ cup soaked cashews (soaked 2–3 hrs)

▪️3 tbsp Gulkand

▪️2 tbsp honey (optional, adjust sweetness)

▪️¼ tsp cardamom powder

▪️1 tbsp chopped pistachios/almonds

▪️Few dried rose petals (optional for garnish)

Method

Step 1: Add to Blender

▪️coconut milk

▪️soaked cashews

▪️gulkand

▪️sweetener

▪️cardamom
Blend until completely smooth and creamy.

 

Step 2: Mix in
Chopped pistachios or almonds. This gives a kulfi-like bite.

 

Step 3: Freeze

▪️Pour into a freezer-safe container.

▪️Cover and freeze for 5–6 hours.

▪️Stir once after 2 hours if you want extra creaminess.

 

Step 4: Serve

▪️Scoop into bowls.

▪️Top with rose petals, nuts, and a little extra gulkand.
