Ingredients
▪️2 cups roasted makhana (powdered)
▪️¼ cup almond powder
▪️3 tbsp Gulkand
▪️2–3 tbsp desi ghee
▪️¼ tsp cardamom powder
▪️Chopped almonds and pistachios for garnish
Method
Step 1: Prepare the Makhana Powder
Roast the makhana if needed and allow it to cool completely. Blend into a fine powder.
Step 2: Make the Laddoo Mixture
In a bowl, combine the powdered makhana, almond powder, and cardamom powder. Add warm desi ghee little by little and mix until the mixture holds together when pressed.
