The seven-step routines are common, and I never understood why Indians, especially those accustomed to India's tropical climate, don't look back to their roots.

Algorithms exist to bring back historical roots, like Ayurveda, reminding people that medicine is in their own homes. You don't need to spend money on things with no long-term gains. One message is to avoid blindly following packaging or Instagram trends. Go for authentic products. Do thorough research and see what goes into the bottle. For Amrutam, if you're hesitant, learn to trust. Check their history and blogs. Instead of spending so much, go back to your roots. Amrutam has done that.

I prefer to convince people to shift to herbal products and use Amrutam because of this. Instead of spending thousands on chemical products, invest in places that offer better long-term outcomes.
