It’s completely natural to be cautious about something you plan to consume daily - especially when it comes to hormonal health.
Nari Sondarya Malt is formulated using herbs that have been traditionally used in Ayurveda for women’s health for centuries, in proportions that are meant to nourish, not stimulate or suppress the body.
Short answer: When taken correctly, Nari Sondarya Malt is safe and well-tolerated. But like any Ayurvedic formulation, how you consume it matters.
Why side effects are uncommon
Ayurveda does not work on forcing change. Nari Sondarya Malt is designed to support:
▪️digestion (Agni)
▪️hormonal rhythm
▪️tissue nourishment (Dhatus)
Because it works gradually, side effects are rare when dosage and timing are respected.

Is Nari Sondarya Malt safe for daily use?
Yes. When consumed in the recommended dosage, it is safe for daily use and can be taken for extended periods as part of a wellness routine.
Ayurveda focuses on gradual healing and balance, so consistency matters more than excess.
What you might notice initially
In some cases, especially in the first few days, you may experience:
▪️mild bloating or heaviness
▪️slight digestive discomfort
▪️Temporary acne or small breakouts
Ayurveda sees the skin as a mirror of digestion, hormonal balance, and internal heat (Pitta). These are adjustment signals, not harmful reactions, and often settle once the body adapts.
How to support your skin and digestion during this phase
To reduce the chances of acne or discomfort:
▪️Follow the recommended dosage - avoid increasing quantity
▪️Take it with warm milk or water
▪️Avoid excess sugar, fried foods, alcohol, and very spicy meals during the first few weeks
▪️Stay hydrated and maintain regular meals
▪️Give your body 2–3 weeks to adapt before judging results
▪️Do not overconsume in the hope of faster results
Ayurveda works best when taken gently, not aggressively.

Important reassurance
If acne persists beyond a few weeks, it’s often a sign that the dosage, timing, or diet needs adjustment - not that the formulation is unsuitable.
An Ayurvedic practitioner can easily guide this personalization.

Got this for my daughter who has PCOD. Age 21. She started consuming it every morning from the 10 th of this month.
She started getting pain in her lower abdomen, resembling period pain every morning and is now passing Thich White discharge also. Her last period was on the 13 th of this month.
Is this normal?
