You’ve always trusted us to keep things real and honest.

And that’s exactly how we want to continue building Amrutam, with transparency, heart, and your voice guiding us every step of the way.

So here’s a small update about Nari Sondarya Malt.

When we first created this malt, our goal was simple: to make something truly nourishing for women. Something that could support hormonal balance, regular cycles, and inner strength, the Ayurvedic way.

As Amrutam found a place in your homes and routines, we started hearing your stories of periods becoming regular, cramps easing, energy returning, and that beautiful feeling of finally being yourself again.

And with all the love came thoughtful feedback, about the sweetness, the shelf life, and the little things you wished were different.

So, we went back to our kitchen and realised something important: we could actually make it even better. After months of careful reformulation with Amrutam Papa and our team of Vaidyas, we’ve made your favourite malt better than ever, without losing its soul.

Here’s what’s new inside your jar:

1. A richer, more nourishing base

We’ve enhanced the meva avaleha with more dry fruits and herbs that deeply strengthen and rejuvenate the body from within:

▪️Pista: Rich in antioxidants and healthy fats, it supports glowing skin and overall vitality

▪️Chuahra (dry dates): Naturally iron-rich, it boosts energy, improves hemoglobin, and helps combat fatigue during cycles.

▪️Ashwagandha: A powerful adaptogen that helps manage stress, supports hormonal balance, and improves reproductive strength.

▪️Pathar Phool: Known for its detoxifying properties, it helps maintain uterine health and supports a balanced menstrual cycle.

▪️Kesar (Saffron): Enhances complexion, uplifts mood, and helps relieve PMS-related discomfort and fatigue.

Together, these make the malt more sattvic, deeply nourishing for your dhatus (body tissues), improving strength, stamina, and skin health from within.

2. Kachnar (Bauhinia variegata)

Every day, we hear from women dealing with ovarian cysts - and Kachnar is known in Ayurveda to help cleanse the reproductive system and balance hormonal activity naturally.

3. Shilajit

A powerhouse herb often marketed for men, but equally vital for women. It strengthens the reproductive system, supports hormonal balance, and boosts energy and vitality.

4. Daru Haldi

We’ve increased this natural blood purifier that helps cleanse the system, reduce inflammation, and bring out that healthy, inner glow.

And yes, WE HAVE REDUCED THE SUGAR CONTENT!!

Because you told us it felt a bit too sweet. But Ayurveda teaches us that madhura rasa (sweetness) preserves life and balance, so we’ve kept just enough to maintain freshness and potency.

To ensure this blend stays pure and safe even through changing weather, we’ve added a tiny amount of preservative, not to alter its essence, but to protect it.

Every jar still carries the same prayer, the same love, and the same intention to help you feel grounded and connected to your body.

Thank you for trusting us with your wellness journey, again and again.
We hope this version feels just the same, because it hasn’t changed; it’s been upgraded.
