This malt has helped my body to get rid of all the trash. My refined-oil tummy has vanished. My periods got regulated back to a proper 28-day cycle. Still waiting for my hair to get repaired, now that I'm also using their Nari Sondarya malt. And I bought the Kumkumadi Thailam for my pigmentation.
