I got my period after 6 months after taking nari soundarya malt in hot milk 2 times a day on 13 th day . Happy to use it . Taste is also good I had trouble following other medicines due to taste but this has good taste . All we do need to do is stay more hydrated when taking this malt other than it seems fine. I didn't have heavier period or painful cramps after taking the malt which is a big relief for me . Ordered 3 more bottles can't wait to get my periods on time after using this malt .
