Only thing that has ever started working in the last few months on my sleep since the past one decade. Though my very erratic sleep cycle hasnt changed entirely yet, but I have experienced a significant positive change after 15 days of continuous usage twice a day with milk (not with water initially). The change is earlier even if I felt sleepy, i still cudn sleep. Now its a game changer as I can fall off to sleep more easily than before. Im hoping with continuous & patient usage I will win over my sleep cycle too. (Only mild side effect is due to my own body type which has been well discussed with the doctor). Super love most of the Amrutam products ive been using. Also to mention in the beginning i had started taking both Zeo malt & Brainkey Malt as i was suffering with both bad stomach & sleep issues. There has been a significant improvement in both conditions.
Now I mostly use Brainkey malt itself as it takes care of my IBS gut issues too. Only on rare occasions i tend to use Zeo malt which is also an amazing miracle product.
The only hind side is the pricing, But when you start getting your health back then I guess it makes all the sense to spend over oneself.

Using every alternative day , about result i would say amazing, any amount of words for any product of Amrutam wil be less . They are the top notch in this aryuveda product industry , in my experience nobody is even close to their level of passion to create the products, yeh packing may be u find much better in kama aryuveda or forest essentials but what is inside they are far ahead in this field . Keep the good work .
